Utah Weekend

This past week has been anything short of crazy and hectic- but in the good way :) Last Thursday we drove down to Utah. My brother, Craig, his wife, Angie, and their son, Lucas, got sealed on Saturday in the Mt. Timpanogos temple. Of course we were going to be there!

Per usual, we stayed with my sister-in-law, Julie, on Thursday night. Always a joy to be around her and her family. And it was rather exciting too... why you ask... because there literally was a FIRE in their backyard!!! Not really- in the empty field behind their backyard some yards away. But still- intense!We put one of Ashlyn's dance hats on James

Friday we headed down to the Provo/Pleasant Grove/Lehi area. My parents and my brother's family joined us later that evening. It was so nice to see my parents (and my brother- but they live in Rexburg with us). Saturday came and we headed down to Mt. Timp. I have never been to a live sealing so it was really special to see one for the first time and have it be my brother and his family. Definitely the best part was seeing baby Lucas sealed to his parents. Such a special feeling in that room.Have to show this- on the way back from the temple, this is what we saw waiting for a bride:Someone getting her Cinderella wedding :)
After the temple Craig and Angie had a little luncheon at a park in Provo. We, unfortunately, had to come back to Rexburg that night for some church items on Sunday. Then on Sunday we all headed up to Driggs, Idaho, for the first Dell Family Reunion! That post to come soon...
